7.2. MaxManHood Shop Products: For physical products, please send an email to the MaxManHood Shop for refund requests.

7.3. Non-Delivery Policy: If you do not receive a physical product ordered from the MaxManHood Shop within 30 days of the purchase date, we will issue a full refund upon request and verification of non-delivery.
